【体験記】台湾桃園空港で忘れたAnkerのモバイルバッテリーが手元に戻るまで

Due to Aviation Police Regulations, we are not able to send lost items overseas, we recommend you to ask the airline you took whether they could help you to retrieve your item or not. 

If they could, please inform them the number of your lost item, which is ●-●●●●, and prepare the following:

1.   Letter of Authorization

2.   your passport copy

3.   personal information(Name/Address/Phone Number) 

And send them to the airline company in Taiwan Taoyuan airport.

We can provide the phone numbers you need, and you can contact them.

Also, if you have a friend in Taiwan, you could ask your friend to claim your item for you or we also can mail the item to your friend who lives in Taiwan. However, you will also have to write the Letter of Authorization, provide your passport copy, and your friend passport copy.

We will keep your item for 6 months.

Please retrieve your lost item before the security check when you departure./ after claim your luggage when you arrival.

Please let us know which way you prefer to reclaim your item.
